SIMUNI, a village in the cove of the same name on the western coast of the island of Pag, 11 km northwest of the town of Pag; population 108. Economy is based on fishing. Simuni is connected with the main road (M29) which leads through the island of Pag.The broader surroundings are covered with Mediterranean underbrush; Simuni has a pebble beach. Very attractive is bathing on the nearby islet Maun (transport by boat, 2.8 Nm). Simuni ACI Marina has 150 berths in the sea and 50 places on the land; it is open round the year.
